Spread Buffet

We are very popular with our spitbraai, but there is sometime confusion how cost are calculated.
We prefer to only do a spit with more than 30 people. The cost with more guests are more affordable than small amounts.
Just for example the smallest full lamb available is 14kg, take in account we calculate 350gr p.p and if you are less than 30 guests you will have to much meat.
Please take in account all food left after serving stays with the host and are not removed.
